Happy New Year 2026

As we edge towards the end of the year and start looking ahead to what’s next, we thought it was time for a wee round-up of the last six weeks. We might have been a little quieter online, but behind the scenes it’s been full steam ahead with a brilliant mix of events to round off the season!


We kicked things off with a two-day event at the Scottish Gliding Centre for Round 1 of the UK Junior Gliding Winter Series. Day one saw us serving up creamy chicken pies with mash and veg, finished off with profiteroles. Day two switched things up with spicy chicken burgers, rice salad, corn on the cob, and a very popular Biscoff cheesecake. A fantastic event and a pleasure to cater for such a talented group!  



Next up, we delivered a mix of hot food and savoury picky bits to Cairnsmill Caravan Park for The Motor Caravanners' Club, rounding off their final meet-up of the year. A lovely way for the group to come together and end the season on a high.  

We were also delighted to return for our third year with the brilliant Falkland Trail Runners, catering for their Christmas party in Kettle. A festive menu, a cracking atmosphere and an absolute credit to the club… always a highlight in our calendar!


December then saw one of our biggest behind-the-scenes jobs of the year:  days of hot boxing, delivering  3 meals a day down at Leith Docks for a ferry undergoing a bit of TLC over the winter months. Long days, big numbers and a fantastic crew!


Our final job of the season landed on Christmas Eve  Catering for the lovely Fencepoint crew in Kirkcaldy. After a morning of clay pigeon shooting, crazy golf and air rifles at Clint Activities, the team headed back to base for a well-earned festive lunch before finishing up for the holidays… A brilliant way to sign off the year!


 To every client who booked us, supported us, recommended us or offered us endless cups of coffee - thank you!


We’re so grateful for another busy year and can’t wait to welcome both returning customers and new faces already booked in for 2026!!


And as always, a massive shout-out to our amazing butcher, Thomson Of Thornton - absolute legends and a huge part of what we do. (We’ve even got a couple of their steak pies & gravy lined up for the 1st… )
