Last weekend (25th & 26th of October) we were out catering two evening meals for a private event - a lovely couple of nights serving up comfort food and sweet treats to a great bunch of people. Friday’s menu featured Creamy Chicken Pies with Mashed Potato, Broccoli and of course gravy, followed by profiteroles for dessert. On Saturday we turned up the spice with Chicken Burgers, Rice Salad and Corn on the Cob, finished off with our crowd-favourite Biscoff Cheesecake. Huge tha

Sunday 19th October – We spent the morning putting together a traditional finger buffet for a Scottish Caravanning AGM, held at the wonderful S cottish Vintage Bus Museum ,  who kindly provided one of their fields for the weekends gathering. This buffet was all about the classics - a selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls, mini pizzas, chicken bites & scotch eggs , there’s nothing wrong with sticking to the favourites and having a good old-fashioned spread!! Throwing it back to Thursday 24th July, where we had the honour of returning to the beautiful Airdrie Farm, Anstruther  for H utchinsons’  Summer Demonstration Event in Fife. Friday 5th September - We were back in the gorgeous St Andrews, this time with the incredible Greenkeeping Crew at St Andrews Links . Our last event of August had us in Edinburgh at Teviot House, joining Lloyds Banking Group  for their annual Food Fest It was brilliant to be part of such a buzzing afternoon, working alongside a whole host of fantastic traders - from pizza and grazing carts to cakes, ice cream and classic fish & chips!! A real treat for the hardworking staff and a great way to round off the month! Thanks again to Lloyds for having us along!
